Stockholm Travel Log and Pictures

Been a few weeks since I spent the weekend in Stockholm, apparently I've begun to procrastinate about writing on the blog (I have several book-reviews that I could/should/want to write as well). To get this off my chest I'll just dump a bunch of pictures and short descriptions. Sorry for the lack of more in-depth information and tips.

Stockholm is a city with water closeby everywhere:

The Vasa-museum is one of the most interesting museums in Stockholm, the Vasa was a grand ship built in the 1626-1627 but was designed wrong and sunk right after launch. It was recovered much later and stands now as one of the coolest attractions in Stockholm. First picture outside the museum.

These are the conditions that the divers has to work under when recovering it, pretty scary:

Another interesting part of Stockholm is the older part of the city:

As you can see in the pictures the weather was a bit grey and muggy so I didn't take that much pictures. It was a great trip nonetheless and Stockholm is a great city that I highly recommend you visit if you ever have the chance! All my pictures from the trip can be found at Flickr here:
